Canada: Reopening USMCA trade pact could be 'Pandora's box'

Canada’s foreign minister cautioned against the idea of reopening a new continental trade pact with the U.S. and Mexico, saying it could be a “Pandora’s box.” U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said changes needed to be made to the deal to ensure labor provisions could be enforced.
