Ineos closes deal to buy Daimler factory to build Land Rover Defender rival
Auto December 8, 2020, 0 Comment 8The petrochemicals giant will build the Grenadier, a large SUV similar to the old body-on-frame Land Rover Defender 110, at the factory in Hambach, eastern France. Production of the Smart minicar will continue at the site until 2024.
